This place was pretty good! I definitely appreciate a hardy, delicious and big Italian beef sandwich! This place does not disappoint when it comes to that. Have I had better? Maybe. Is Buona’s a close second? YES! I’ll be honest, I door dashed this, so I’m probably not doing it justice. But it was still sooooooooo good! The Italian beef arancini are also to die for. I highly suggest trying these. It’s unique and fun. I will be back!! I am very impressed. FYI, I have no pictures because I ate it all too fast...
I have been using Buona for my lunch destination for quite a while now. Usually I order once a week. I like there food (especially Avocado Jack burger or personal supreme pizza) as it's always fresh. I also use Buona for the company's lunch. Of course different people order different stuff - never got anyone complaining! I normally do not eat there, therefore I do not feel like I should rate the atmosphere. I love there app though! It's so easy to order, even if you need to customize the order. You order, pay, set the pickup time and have it always ready for you. I hope that the Hardwood Heights location will always keeps there excellent service so I can keep enjoying them!

I eat here with my family often, usually dine-in. Their food and service is pretty consistent. I love their salads and chicken sandwiches. Food is hot and fresh, much better than Portillos across the street. The staff are always friendly too.
The Italian sausage sandwich is old school Italian. So delicious. I’m updating my review. You have to try Buona meatball sandwiches amazing!!! Just try the meatball sandwich today. Just like my Nonna would make.
